About us
Jersey Shore White Box was established in 2015. When developing our studio we wanted to make the best natural light studio in the state. We chose a corner westward facing room in the Jersey Shore Art Center which is known for its history and splendor. It was built in 1897 and won an award at the World's Fair for its architectural splendor.

Not only did we want a beautiful place with the most spectacular warm soft light we pride ourselves on cleanliness and comfort. Not only do we keep our studios immaculate at all times but we also provide heating in the cold of winter and air conditioning for the heat of summer.
​
We also don't have just one studio but a second studio, The Southern Box that faces south for beautiful morning and afternoon lighting though four 4x8 windows. This room also includes all the creature comforts of the White Box Studio but also has a bed for a classic boudoir look.
​
We regularly offer educational workshops as well as group shoot outs featuring Profoto lighting strobes and modifiers to give a true stunning studio look to your images.

We are located in Ocean Grove, NJ on S. Main Street. We are 3 blocks from the Ocean Grove boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean and 3 blocks from Asbury Park. We offer free parking to all of our guests.
​
If taking the train we have a direct line that goes from NY Penn to the Asbury Park Train station (NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line) which is located 300 yards from the studio to make us very centrally located to the city.
​
We are 6 miles from the parkway and 3 miles from RT18.

Yes, we do rent our studios! Please contact us about scheduling your rental with us. We offer affordable rates.

Each studio is heated and cooled for model and photographer comfort. We also have large clean bathrooms and easy parking.
