The Art of Exposure, Shooting Manual hosted by Anthony Bencivenga

We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting Anthony Bencivenga of Apbimages for a learning event, "The Art of Exposure, Shooting Manual"

Anthony is a published photographer based out of Central NJ and one of the in house artists at White Box Studios

This is an instructor lead lecture styled class that will last 2 to 3 hours depending on questions. Anthony will go over the basics of shooting manual and taking control of your exposure rather then letting the camera decide what is correct. This will in turn allow you to get even more creative with your photography and take your photography to the next level.

He will go over:

*Shutter Speed/Aperture/ISO explaining what they do as well as real life examples as to why they are important.

*Exposure triangle, how the 3 above settings work together to create an exposure where you have control over brightness and motion to the image.

*Different metering systems inside of your camera and how they are used in order to figure out the proper settings for your image.

*Very briefly go over the histogram and how that works on the camera as well as in light room and how important it is to show how an image can be over or under exposed.

After going over all of these things via his lecture and power point he will then show some live examples in the studio with his own camera so you can see what he looks at when shooting inside. He will also answer questions though out the whole lecture.

There is nothing needed when coming to this lecture other then yourself and a pen/pencil to take notes. Anthony will provide print outs of the slides for you to follow along with as well as bring home so you can practice with your own camera.

**this class does not go over camera specific layouts (where buttons are) that is something that needs to be done on your own with your manual**
